EventsOn March 30th 2009 , after Tommy Cheng defense, all of the research group went to the Modern Club in Dunbar and enjoyed the Okonomyiaki (Japanese pizza).
On June 15, 2007, over 50 delegates from western Canada and the United States descended upon the University of British Columbia (UBC) for its inaugural hosting of the ECS Young Author Symposium. The single-day event involved 21 presentations from students representing UBC, Simon Fraser University, University of Alberta, University of Calgary and the University of Washington. The topics primarily focused on fuel cell related research in the area of PEM and SOFC fuel cells.
